Man found dead in car with gunshot wound in Minneapolis

Minneapolis police found a man dead from a gunshot wound in a car on the 300 block of Washington Avenue North Sunday morning.

According to the press release, a 911 caller said they saw a person slumped over in a vehicle at 2:17am. When police arrived, they found a man in his 30s in a car dead with a gunshot wound.

Police say the preliminary investigation indicates that the victim was shot from inside the vehicle.
