Man arrested, charged in connection to March homicide in Pine County

A Braham man has been charged in connection to a homicide that happened in March in Pine County.

According to the Pine County Sheriff’s Office, 42-year-old David Pangerl was charged with second-degree murder in the death of Scott Ness.

Authorities investigating homicide in Pine County

Ness was found dead inside a camper in Royalton County on March 2.

Pangerl was arrested on Friday in Kanabec County.
