Local places of worship offering online Easter services

Good Friday has arrived and Easter is right around the corner this weekend. The COVID-19 pandemic has created a burden across the nation for many, but for those who practice religion these times can be even more challenging.

Gov. Tim Walz revised his 'stay at home' order this week, which will prevent people from gathering at religious services.

In the Twin Cities, the Cathedral of St. Paul and the Basilica of St. Mary in Minneapolis, two main religious institutions, are offering livestreamed events during Holy Week this week.
