Fire truck involved in downtown St. Paul crash

A fire truck was involved in a crash late Monday night in downtown St. Paul.

A 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS photographer was at the scene on 12^th Street and Cedar Avenue around 11 p.m. You can see the aftermath of the wreck, which appears to have been between a car and a fire truck, in the player above.

According to the St. Paul Police Department, the driver of the car was transported to Regions Hospital with minor injuries. No firefighters were hurt in the crash, according to police.

Officers are continuing to investigate the crash.
