Driver in hit-and-run incident in Little Canada sought

Deputies are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect vehicle involved in a hit-and-run incident in Little Canada early Wednesday.

The Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office posted surveillance video of the incident on its Facebook page.

The sheriff’s office reported that at approximately 1:05 a.m. Wednesday, a white, four-door sedan with tinted windows was traveling east along Little Canada Road when the driver went off the road near the fire station and hit a group of pedestrians, causing serious injuries.

The sheriff’s office reports the driver then drove back onto the road and continued east along Little Canada Road.

Officials said the suspect vehicle likely has minor front-end damage, as well as damage to the passenger side bumper.
