The following closures also go into effect Tuesday and will remain closed for the duration of the trial:

  • Parking on the north side of Kellogg Boulevard, from Cedar Avenue to Robert Street.
  • The Capital City bike lane on Jackson Street.
  • Robert Street, between Kellogg Boulevard and Fourth Street East.

The city says it will provide updates about road closures, parking restrictions and other activities outside the courthouse on the St. Paul Police website.
