Mild end of workweek, weekend scattered rain showers

We're seeing some lingering cloud cover across central Minnesota today, but most of the state is looking at mostly sunny skies. The metro ends up with partly sunny skies and highs in the upper-40s and low-50s.

We’re seeing some lingering cloud cover across central Minnesota today, but most of the state is looking at mostly sunny skies. The metro ends up with partly sunny skies and highs in the upper-40s and low-50s. Clear skies and light winds overnight will lead to a seasonable night in the low to mid-30s, with another round of patchy fog into your Friday morning.

Light winds, sunny skies and mild temperatures in the mid-50s will make for a very nice end to the workweek tomorrow!

Your weekend forecast trends mostly cloudy with scattered rains showers likely Saturday PM (especially evening into Sunday). While rain is in the forecast both weekend days, it’s not a washout, and I’m not forecasting heavy rainfall. Plus temperatures stay above average in the low-50s, so it’s not such a bad weekend forecast.

Have a wonderful day!
