Charges filed against 2 others in connection to death of Moorhead woman
Charges have been formally filed against two more people in connection to the death of a Moorhead woman.
Andrea Catherine Payne, 26, and David Marvin Erno, 22, both of Moorhead, are each charged with one count of aiding an offender.
Ethan Broad has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of Dystynee Avery. Authorities said Wednesday that human remains were found in a Clay County landfill that they believe belong to Avery.
Court documents show Broad admitted to killing and dismembering Dystynee with a saw, then putting the body parts into garbage bags and throwing them into dumpsters at an apartment complex.
Payne and Erno were both scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
