Brooklyn Park Police investigating shooting that left 1 injured at McDonald’s restaurant

UPDATE: 11:15 a.m. 9/11/2022: Brooklyn Park Police tell 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS the shooting happened inside a vehicle, and a man was shot in the arm.
Police say the man and witnesses are still not cooperating with the investigation, which is ongoing.
INITIAL REPORT 9:31 a.m. 9/11/2022: Brooklyn Park Police are investigating a shooting at a McDonald’s Saturday night, the department said in a public safety alert.
Police say they responded to several 911 calls about shots fired at the restaurant on 1480 85th Ave. N.
One male victim was taken to North Memorial for a gunshot wound that police say is not life-threatening.
The alert also says officers at the scene found spent shell casings in the parking lot and a vehicle that was shot.
No further information was provided about the victim’s wounds or the extent of the property damage.
Witnesses with the victim were uncooperative, according to police.
