Brooklyn Park police asking for help in search of missing man

Brooklyn Park police are asking for help in the search for a missing man.
According to a release from the Brooklyn Park Police Department, Scott Hansen, a man in his 60s with dementia, was last seen leaving his residence in the 8000 block of Idaho Circle.
Hansen was last seen wearing a dark blue or black hooded sweatshirt and grey sweatpants.
If you have any information on his whereabouts you are asked to call 911.
