Bloomington police looking for 2 suspects in armed robbery attempt that left business owner shot

The Bloomington Police Department is looking for two suspects in connection to an attempted robbery that left the owner of Penn Lake Roast Beef shot.

According to a release from the city of Bloomington, two men entered Penn Lake Roast Beef on Tuesday and confronted the owner in an apparent attempted robbery.

During the confrontation, the owner was shot in his upper body. The owner, identified as Kevan Tran, was listed in stable condition at the hospital as of Thursday afternoon.
