Bemidji police seek public’s help in finding missing girl
The Bemidji Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 14-year-old girl.
According to police, Eliza Defoe was last seen in Detriot Lakes on Thursday and it appears that she voluntarily left Detriot Lakes with a friend and is believed to be headed to the Bemidji area.
Police said at this point of the investigation, the incident does not appear to be suspicious.
Defoe is 5’1” tall, 110lbs, with brown eyes and short black hair. She was last seen wearing a white jacket with yellow and white Crocs. She has a pierced right nostril along with pierced ears and may also be in the Red Lake area.
Anyone with information regarding Eliza Defoe’s whereabouts is asked to call the Bemidji Police Department at 218-333-9111.
