BCA: 80-year-old man missing from Fargo area, has possible ties in Otter Tail County

The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) has issued a missing person alert for an 80-year-old man from Fargo, North Dakota.
According to the BCA, the Fargo Police Department is requesting assistance in locating Robert McKinnon. He is described as being 5-feet, 7-inches tall, weighing 159 pounds, and having blue eyes, grey hair. McKinnon was last seen wearing a black baseball hat, a black and white checkered shirt and glasses.
McKinnon’s last known whereabouts were on Thursday around 5:30 p.m. on the 4500 block of 36th Avenue South in Fargo. Police add he has mobility issues and may not recognize where he is. It is unknown if he has access to a vehicle.
According to authorities, he has possible ties in the Otter Tail County area.
