As previously reported, authorities say a Dodge van and a Mazda CX-5 were both heading southbound on Highway 95 at about 4:44 p.m. on Thursday, June 30. The incident report goes on to say the Mazda tried to make a left turn onto 310th Avenue NE, but the Dodge struck the Mazda from behind.

According to the report, the Mazda then spun into the opposing lanes of traffic and was struck by a Toyota Camry. The Dodge then ended up in a ditch on the south side of Highway 95, and the Toyota came to rest facing east in the westbound lanes.

Authorities say the Dodge Caravan was driven by a 19-year-old Mora woman, and there were five other people ranging in ages from 15-19 years of age in the vehicle. Meanwhile, the State Patrol says the Mazda was being driven by a 28-year-old North Branch woman. Another child listed as being 2 years old was the other passenger in the Mazda.

The three people inside the the Camry – identified as two 71-year-olds and a 4-year-old – were all listed as being from Harts, West Virginia.
