Authorities request help in finding 59-year-old traveling to southeastern Minnesota

The Chisago County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding Richard Jacobus, who was expected to be leaving the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area and heading to Rochester.
The 59-year-old left the Milwaukee area on Monday, Aug. 9, but never arrived at his destination. The sheriff’s office says it’s believed he was in the Taylors Falls area between Aug. 11 and 13.
On Sunday, Jacobus’s vehicle was located in Taylors Falls, but he wasn’t found at the scene.
