Authorities, armed man engaged in standoff in Spring Lake Park

Authorities were engaged in a standoff with an armed person in Anoka County Friday night.

The Anoka County Sheriff's Office, Spring Lake Park Police and SWAT are at the scene, which is in the 7700 block of Jackson Street, according to the sheriff's office.

The public is asked to stay away from the scene.
