9-month-old expected to survive after being shot in north Minneapolis
Police say a baby was wounded in a shooting Friday night in the McKinley neighborhood of north Minneapolis.
According to the Minneapolis Police Department, at 6:43 p.m., a 9-month-old child was grazed by a bullet near the intersection of 34th and Colfax avenues.
The child was traveling in a car when they were shot, police said. The child is expected to survive.
