4 men injured in shooting in north Minneapolis

Four people were injured in a shooting in north Minneapolis Friday night.

According to a statement from the Minneapolis Police Department, just before 7 p.m. Friday, police responded to a ShotSpotter activation in the 2400 block of Irving Avenue North.

Officers arrived at the scene and located four adult men suffering from what are believed to be non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. All were transported to a hospital.

The suspects fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival.

This incident is under investigation.
