3 hurt in crash at Minneapolis VA Health Care System

Emergency responders were at the scene of a crash at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System Wednesday afternoon.

According to the Minneapolis Fire Department, at about 1:09 p.m., members of the department responded to a report of a crash at the main entrance of the VA hospital.

Hennepin County Medical Center personnel also responded to assist at the scene.

According to the fire department, a crew at the scene reported two people were taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital. One person was in critical condition, the other in serious condition, according to the fire department.

A third person, identified as the vehicle’s driver, suffered minor injuries, according to the department.
