21 vehicles stolen since July 30 in Woodbury

The Woodbury Police Department is reporting a total of 21 vehicles that have been stolen since July 30.

Of the total, 14 cars were taken from driveways and seven were stolen from garages, authorities said.

Police say these thefts are taking place during the day. Authorities added that vehicles stolen recently have the keys inside and seven reported attempts were made in which unlocked vehicles were entered.

"Please lock your vehicles and remove keys from them," police said in a thread on Twitter Monday.

Other metro departments, including the Woodbury Police Department, have identified some suspects and report that arrests have been made in some cases.

Police are still investigating.
