2 bodies found in West St. Paul garage

Authorities found the bodies of two dead people in West St. Paul on Thursday.

West St. Paul Police said officers were called to the 120 block of Thompson Avenue West at 3:46 p.m. after a maintenance worker reported two possible bodies in a garage.

When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered the two bodies but weren’t able to determine a cause of death due to how long the bodies had been there since the victims died.

Police said investigators processed the scene and the bodies were released to the medical examiner to determine cause of death.

No other details were immediately available.

Police said more information will be released at a later time.
