$1K reward offered after Shakopee splash pad damaged

A reward has been offered after a splash pad in Shakopee was damaged.
According to the city, the incident happened sometime this past weekend at Lions Park.
Shakopee Crime Prevention is offering a $500 reward for information leading to an arrest of the person responsible, and the Shakopee Lions Club will match the reward.
The city said the damage may affect when the splash pad opens for the season.
