1 hospitalized after Maple Grove shooting

Police said one person was hospitalized after a shooting in Maple Grove early Wednesday.

The shooting happened at about 1 a.m. near 73rd Avenue North and Hemlock Lane North.

Police taped off the gas station at that intersection, a 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS crew at the scene reported.

One suspect was arrested in connection with the incident, police said.

Authorities have not yet released additional details on the condition of the person hospitalized.
