2 Minnesotans’ hearts joined forever on 2/22/22

Tuesday brought many couples together to tie the knot.

Several weddings took place on this once-in-a-lifetime date of 2/22/22.

One Minnesota couple walked down the aisle in Las Vegas with a heartwarming story.

James Dunbar and Sheila Daley from Rochester both received heart transplants.

The couple says they appreciate life more after having the surgeries.

“We really have a second chance on life,” Dunbar said. “We have a chance together. We want to spread the awareness that without organ donation none of this would be possible. We both would not be here right now.”

“Life has a whole new meaning now and time is precious,” Daley said.

Many couples wanted to make 2/22/22 their day to remember.
