Wisconsin health officials announced 274 new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday, bringing the state’s total to 569,638 since the start of the pandemic.
Additionally, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services reported 17 new hospitalizations. So far, 26,791 COVID-19 patients have required hospitalization.
The DHS reported a net decrease of two deaths following corrections from previous reports. A total of 6,536 Wisconsinites have died of COVID-19 complications.

As of Sunday, DHS reports that more than 3.2 million people have been tested in the state.
The state’s seven-day average positivity rate by test is at 2%.
DHS said the state has been allocated 2.14 million vaccine doses so far. Of those, 1.96 million had been administered as of Sunday, and 687,640 people had completed the two-shot vaccine series.
