Watertown man found dead in Evergreen Park

Authorities have identified a man who was found dead in Watertown’s Evergreen Park on Christmas Day.

According to the Carver County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to the park around 4:45 p.m. Sunday for a report of an unresponsive man on the ground.

Although foul play isn’t suspected at this time, the death of 42-year-old Jamison “Jamie” Royce Soland of Watertown is still being investigated by the Sheriff’s Office and the Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office.
