Viewer video: runaway spool rolls with traffic on I-35W

A large spool fell off of a truck and rolled along with traffic on I-35W in Minneapolis just before 9 a.m. this morning.

State Patrol spokesperson Lt. Gordon Shank says that a driver has been cited for having an unsecured load in relation to the incident.

There were no injuries reported and the incident remains under investigation.
