In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, this year’s “MLK NOW 2023” community event at the Amherst Wilder Foundation Conference Center in St. Paul included roundtable discussions about the gentrification of the city’s Rondo neighborhood.
Sixteen vendors highlighted their hand-made goods at a Saturday winter maker’s market in Minneapolis.
On Saturday, former and future Olympians were in Bloomington competing in the 2023 Flyfest Ski Jumping Event.
On Sunday, Wiggle Your Toes hosted a mobility clinic to provide a safe, warm and dry space for people with mobility challenges.

Teams from all over the world will be gathering in Stillwater January 18 – 22 for the 2nd annual World Snow Sculpting Championship. Stacie Jensen with the Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce joined Hoffland in-studio to preview the event.
The Minneapolis Home Building and Remodeling Expo happened this weekend, and Saturday morning Bjorn Freudenthal with New Spaces Remodeling joined Brett to talk about the expo.
