Victim identified in Minneapolis shooting

A man who was taken to a hospital in critical condition after being involved in a shooting last week in Minneapolis has died. His identity was released on Thursday.

According to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner, 25-year-old Darryl Ramon Wells Jr., from Minneapolis, died of multiple gunshot wounds.

Another person suffered injuries not considered to be life-threatening in the shooting that took place on Aug. 8 on the corner of Penn Avenue North and Glenwood Avenue.

No one is in custody as of Thursday. The investigation is ongoing.
