Victim found unresponsive in central Minnesota lake dies

A person who was found unresponsive in a lake in central Minnesota has died, according to the Kandiyohi Sheriff’s Office.

The sheriff’s office stated that deputies responded to a report of an unresponsive male victim Sunday near the boat access of Eagle Lake in Dovre Township.

Witnesses at the scene and first responders both attempted life-saving measures, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
