Vaccinations to be offered at Target Field from May 24-26
The Minnesota Twins, in partnership with CUB Pharmacy, announced Friday that they plan to host on-site vaccination opportunities at Target Field for fans attending next week’s May 24-26 home series vs. the Baltimore Orioles.
Additionally, all fans 18-and-over who choose to receive the one-dose, Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine will receive a voucher good for one complimentary ticket to a future Twins regular-season home game in 2021.
The Twins’ on-site vaccination opportunity is in support of Gov. Tim Walz’s "Roll Up Your Sleeves, Minnesota Fans" campaign. Vaccinations will be available inside Gate 34 at Target Field, beginning when gates open and lasting through the seventh inning of all three Twins-Orioles games. Monday’s and Tuesday’s games are set to start at 6:40 p.m., with gates opening at 5:10 p.m. Wednesday’s game starts at 12:10 p.m., with gates opening at 10:40 a.m.
Minnesota sports teams to offer vaccinations at home games
"We are proud of Minnesotans for reaching impressive vaccination numbers, but as summer begins and our ballparks and stadiums beckon, there are more sleeves to be rolled up to keep us safe and healthy," said Twins President & CEO Dave St. Peter. "The Twins are happy to partner with Governor Tim Walz, our fellow Minnesota sports teams and CUB Pharmacy to offer vaccinations at Target Field before and during our games next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday."
Any fan who chooses to take advantage of these on-site COVID-19 vaccination opportunities at Target Field must fill out a CUB Pharmacy consent form and health questionnaire, available in advance here or on-site at the ballpark.
The voucher for fans receiving the vaccine is good for one complimentary Home Plate View ticket for any remaining value or select game during the 2021 regular season.
