US Bank to recognize Juneteenth with shortened day
U.S. Bank announced Tuesday that it will join other companies in recognizing Juneteenth as a company holiday.
The company said its branches will operate for a shortened day on Friday, closing at 1 p.m. local time in recognition of Juneteenth, which commemorates the end of slavery in the U.S.
Hourly workers will receive four hours of paid time off.
