U.S. Attorney: Thief River Falls man pleads guilty to production of child porn charges
A Thief River Falls man has pleaded guilty to two counts of production and attempted production of child pornography.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Benjamin Roggenbuck was indicted on the charges back in August.

The attorney’s office says between November 2012 and February 2020, Roggenbuck attempted to use minors to produce "visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct."
As a part of his plea agreement, he also pleaded guilty to a first-degree criminal sexual conduct charge in Pennington County Attorney’s Office.
