A strike by Twin Cities janitors continued Friday.

The group picketed at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport Friday morning over what they called "unfair labor practice."

The strike began Thursday when 4,000 workers walked off their jobs and rallied in downtown Minneapolis.

After months of "failed negotiating," the group said the strike was necessary until they get better wages and more sick days.

The janitors are contracted to clean dozens of buildings in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
