Target to give $500 bonuses to all frontline workers

Target announced Monday that they will be giving $500 bonuses to all frontline workers.
According to a release from the Minneapolis based retailer, all hourly members in stores, distribution centers, headquarters and field-based offices will receive a $500 bonus. Store directors, executive team leaders and salaried distribution center leaders will receive a bonus ranging from $1,000 to $2,000, which adds up to more than $200 million in total bonuses.

This is the fifth time bonuses have been given out during the pandemic according to Target.
The bonuses are part of the nearly $1 billion Target reports it plans to spend on the wellbeing, health and safety of its team members.
