Stolen puppy returned safely to owner in Inver Grove Heights

A stolen puppy is back where she belongs thanks to anonymous tips from the public.
The Inver Grove Heights Police said someone took 3-month-old Rosie from her owner's yard a couple of days ago. Police found the suspects, who either sold or lost the dog.
The department posted a plea for the public's help on Facebook, and they were able to track down the dog. Rosie is now safe at home.
