St. Paul police seize 2 illegally possessed guns
St. Paul police seized two guns that were possessed by people who were not eligible to have them Wednesday night.
Police said in a Facebook post that a resident "saw something suspicious" and called 911.
Responding officers found the two guns inside of a minivan. Both of the firearms were loaded at the time.
Police did not say if the two men in possession of the guns were arrested.
"Thank you for helping us keep our city safe," the department wrote in the post.
