Some Minnesota communities declaring snow emergencies amid November snowfall

Some Minnesota communities are declaring snow emergencies amid the November snowfall. Some of those communities are listed below.

  • New Hope: Beginning at 2 a.m. Wednesday, parking on city streets won’t be allowed until they are cleared from curb-to-curb.
  • Golden Valley: No parking on city streets from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. or until all streets have been plowed.
