Sheriff’s office asks for help finding person who opened several fire hydrants in Zimmerman

Authorities are asking for help from the public to solve multiple cases of vandalism regarding fire hydrants.
The Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office said Wednesday that several fire hydrants were opened in Zimmerman on the morning of Aug. 16, dumping millions of gallons of water and potentially endangering fire response services.
Anyone with information about the fire hydrant tampering is asked to contact the sheriff’s office as 763-765-3501.
