Rosedale Center moving forward with expansion plans; new tenants announced

Rosedale Center’s management team says it is moving forward with its plan for a $200 million expansion, which will redevelop the former Herberger’s building, create exterior surface lots and develop the surrounding space on the center’s south side.

The shopping center said the plan will transform it into a mix-use, urban-style regional center.

Rosedale Center expansion plan includes hotels, housing, food and shopping

Additionally, Rosedale also announced it has signed leases with Raising Cane’s, Aspen Dental, Caribou Coffee, Visionworks and PNC Bank. Those businesses will occupy buildings on the parcels surrounding the west side of Rosedale Center.

The new tenants are expected to open this summer and fall.

Rosedale will release more information as the plan progresses.
