Tanimura & Antle has recalled its packaged single head romaine lettuce due to concerns of E. coli contamination.
According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the lettuce was distributed to a number of states, including Wisconsin. Minnesota is not included in the recall.
The products that fall under the recall have a package date of Oct. 15 or Oct. 16 and contain a UPC number 0-27918-20314-9.
The FDA says there have been no illnesses associated with the recalled product.
Tanimura & Antle is asking consumers who may have bought the product to throw away the lettuce.
