Rochester woman charged in connection with US Capitol attack released
A Rochester woman charged Thursday in connection with "criminal actions" at the U.S. Capitol in January has been released from custody.
According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Minneapolis branch, FBI agents arrested 39-year-old Victoria C. White on federal charges, including entering a restricted building, violent and disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice or Congress.

After appearing before a federal magistrate Thursday, White’s release was ordered on the conditions that she not violate any federal, state or local law while on release, that she not possess a gun, and that she appear before a magistrate judge in Washington, D.C., later this month, among other qualifications.
