Police: Man seriously hurt in St. Paul alley shooting

St. Paul police said Tuesday morning that a man was seriously hurt in an overnight shooting.
Police said the shooting happened at about 12:15 a.m. in an alley near Thomas Avenue and Wheeler Street.
The man was shot below the waist, police said.
No arrests have yet been made.
