Police investigating overnight incident on Chicago Avenue in south Minneapolis
The incident happened at Chicago Avenue on South 17th Street around 1:30 a.m. Thursday.
A section of Chicago Avenue in south Minneapolis is back open after being temporarily closed overnight due to a police investigation.
A 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS photographer was at the scene of the investigation, and could see multiple evidence markers on the ground at 17th Street around 1:30 a.m.
Investigators were also using flashlights to search the scene.
Minneapolis police have yet to release any information on the incident, if anyone was injured or what led up to it.
