St. Paul police investigation underway
St. Paul police say a man is recovering after being shot in the chest late Sunday night on the city’s east side.
Officers were called around 10 p.m. Sunday after the man was dropped off at Regions Hospital. There, the man said he was shot somewhere on the 1000 block of Ross Avenue.
He is said to have non-life-threatening injuries.
As of this time, police are still working to identify a suspect and figure out what led up to the shooting, as well as where it exactly happened.
