Police investigating fatal shooting in Plymouth

One man is dead after a reported shooting at a gas station in Plymouth Thursday night.
The shooting was reported at 8:25 p.m., at a gas station near Highway 169 and 36th Avenue, according to a press release from the Plymouth Police Department.
Police responded to find a male with a gunshot wound. First responders administered aid before he was transported to a nearby hospital, where he later died, police say.
According to the news release, the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office is assisting the Plymouth Police Department with the ongoing investigation.
