Police identify 2 killed in apparent murder-suicide in Apple Valley

Authorities have identified the two people killed in an apparent murder-suicide in Apple Valley last week.

The incident occurred at a residence on the 7600 block of 157th Street West last Wednesday.

Police identified the female victim killed during the incident as Faye Elizabeth Brown. Brown died of a gunshot wound to the torso.

2 dead, 1 injured in Apple Valley shooting

The Apple Valley Police Department also identified Raymond Ronald Rosenbaum as the suspect. Rosenbaum was found dead at the scene. Authorities say he suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Police did not identify the 56-year-old surviving victim who has been released from the hospital and is expected to make a full recovery.
