Pedestrian hit, killed by vehicle in Minneapolis identified
The man who was hit and killed while crossing Lowry Avenue in Minneapolis last week has been identified.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the man as 56-year-old Craig Merrill Sulem.
Police: Pedestrian struck in Minneapolis crash dies
According to Minneapolis Police, officers were called just after 2 p.m. on Jan. 12 on the report of a pedestrian struck by a car in the area of Lowry Avenue Northeast and Arthur Street Northeast. When officers arrived, they found Sulem lying in the street. He was taken to an area hospital but died shortly after arriving there.
The crash remains under investigation.
