Owamni Falling Water Festival goes virtual throughout November

The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board announced its annual Owamni Falling Water Festival will go virtual for the whole month of November.

During the Owamni Falling Water Festival, MPRB will offer opportunities for Minnesotans to learn about Dakota and Indigenous cultures through art, music, food and special exhibits and tours.

The festival is usually held in July or August, but MPRB chose November this year because it is Native American Heritage Month.
