One woman dead in Chisago County Crash Thursday

A 57-year-old woman died and multiple others were injured in a two-vehicle crash Thursday, according to the Chisago County Sheriff’s Office.
The crash was reported just after 4:10 p.m. at the intersection of Acacia Trail and Stark Road in Fish Lake Township.
Witnesses attempted lifesaving efforts on the woman before first responders arrived, but Brenda Hanson of Harris, Minnesota was pronounced dead at the scene.
Several other people suffered non-life-threatening injuries, the sheriff’s office said.
The Chisago County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the crash with the help of the Minnesota State Patrol.
